1. Pursuant to the provisions of reference (a) Subject, hereinafter
referred to as Petitioner, filed enclosure (1) with this Board
requesting, in effect, that the applicable naval record be corrected
to cancel an immediate reenlistment contract, and then issue, an
agreement to extend enlistment.
2. The Board, consisting of Mr. Ruskin, Ms. McCain, and Mr. Exnicios,

RECOMMENDATION:
That Petitioner's naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to
show that:

b. Petitioner executed a 27. month agreement {0 extend enlistment .
(NWAVPERS 1070/621), om or about 18 December 2013. This will establish
an End of Active Obligated Service (BAOS} of 1 February 2015, anda
Soft End of Active Obligated Service (SEAOS) of 1 May 2017.
c. A copy of this Report of Proceedings will be filed in
Petitioner’s naval record.
